Wax modeling course – microsculpture (24 hours)
With maestro Cristiano Pierazzuoli
The students will try their hand at different wax sculptural techniques, removing or adding, hard waxes and soft waxes, to obtain jewels with a three-dimensional appearance and small real sculptures with a figurative subject. The master will teach how to make one’s own work tools and how to obtain complex shapes in wax starting from simple structures.

Basic setting course (21 hours)

The students will be guided by the master to try their hand at the main techniques of gem setting, cabochon stones and faceted stones on settings and prongs, curl setting.
