Saturday Drawing Course
The Saturday drawing course is designed for those who want to experience an artistic discipline (even without having specific skills).
Course Goals
Students will be introduced to the study of anatomy from life in the presence of a model. The human figure will be the focus of the program. Students will learn to know and control “proportion”, “gesture” and “tone”. Drawing may be approached linearly, working with precision on contour line and shadow, or by studying mass through comparison of light and shadow shapes.
The course comprises 24 hours divided in 6 sessions every Saturday morning from 9 am to 1 pm.
The course will be offered every quarter of the 2021/2022 academic year.
” Tailored” academic pathways can be evaluated if you have special requests.
