Tutor
The figure of the tutor serves to provide assistance to students in their studies, especially in the reception and orientation within the school.
It is a figure designed to respond to the student’s requests from the beginning to the end of the studies. The assistance can be bureaucratic, together with the Secretariat, but also of other kind, such as facilitating the integration of students in the school, assisting students in academic work or facilitating the personal and professional progress of the student.
Available to students
The tutor offers at least three personalized sessions to the students. Among the topics covered in the tutoring there will be: general orientation, motivation and interest, planning, etc.
The tutor will meet with the Board of Directors to inform and communicate problems and suggestions emerged during the sessions. At the end of the course the students will evaluate the usefulness of the meetings with the tutor.
Individual meetings
During the Academic Year 2018-19 there will be three individual meetings of half an hour with each student, one at the beginning, one at the middle and one at the end of the course. In addition, there will be the possibility to meet personally or in small groups during certain hours established in the timetable, in which the tutor will be available to the students in one of the school offices.
